Recommendations

Develop and implement a procedure for timely and accuraterecording of property movements.

Produce periodic reports to facilitate accountability andcontrol of warehouse property.

Require the Project Manager and alternates to fulfill NRC’sinitial and recertification mandatory training requirements forProject Managers.

Modify the security cage and/or the placement of storageracks in the main NRC warehouse to prevent easy access tosensitive property stored inside the security cage.
