Recommendations

As NRC transitions to eTravel, develop controls that:• Require premium travel to be authorized by theappropriate officials.• Ensure premium travel justification fully meets FTRcriteria.• Require travel authorization forms to state reasons whypremium travel is required.

Designate the Executive Director for Operations as theapproving official for all Chairman requests for premium travel.
