Recommendations

Review non-major IT investments in applying the TechStat model.

Incorporate into existing policy procedures for developing IT acquisition professionals, to include training courses, on-the-job-experience, and mentoring based on the OMB guidance.

Include all NRC data center infrastructure as currently defined by OMB in data center consolidation planning and reporting to OMB.
