Recommendations

We recommend that NRC enhance its internal control and detective procedures surrounding DATA Act submissions. Procedures should include reviewing all records in File C and verifying that they have corresponding transactions in Files D1 and D2. Additionally, NRC should consider increasing the size of samples selected for record level testing between Files C, D1, and D2.
